Product Description
The wall/ceiling mount boom arm keeps floor space clear and clutter-free by hanging lights and grip gear from the wall/ceiling. This light stand allows a monolight, LED, or studio flash with a 5/8" receiver to be suspended from a ceiling or other flat surface. It can mount light fixtures that weigh up to 8.8 lb while preserving floor space in small work areas or studios.
The bumped base feaures multiple holes for mounting the boom arm to the wall, ceiling, or even the corner using the expansion bolts included or optional tapping screws. The four 1" / 25mm slots on the mounting plate can also accommodate the cinch straps with rachet buckles, so it can attach onto a tree or post if needed. Moreover, it is silicone padded to prevent scratch from the surface.
The industry-standard 5/8" / 16mm baby stud is compatible with most light fixtures and accessories.
The safety eyelet and hanger ring prevents mishaps with lights that are suspended from the ceiling by allowing a safety cable to be threaded through it.
